Booking a Discovery Call is a great first step to find out if the INPP Method may benefit your child. This completely free online meeting will be a great opportunity for you to ask questions about the programme too. The Initial Questionnaire and follow-up discussion in the initial consultation give a much more detailed view of whether the programme will suit your child. 

The initial questionnaire helps to give a clearer overall picture of your child's development and any presenting issues your child has. It's a key part of the process that helps to establish if and how the programme may support your child. 

As we know all children are different and therefore will respond in different ways to the programme.  With this in mind the programme usually takes around 12-18mths. However, changes will often be observed from the early stages of the programme onwards. 

Unlike other reflex integration or movement programmes, your child will be expected to spend no more than 10-15mins (often a lot less), on the movements. 

The prescribed movement must be carried out daily, for your child to benefit from the programme.  

During the assessment we look at gross motor coordination and balance. Motor skills, laterality and assess for primitive reflexes. This appointment can take up to two hours.
