With over twenty years of experience supporting children and their families in educational settings, I am dedicated to providing the highest standard of care. Driven by my passion for helping children reach their full potential, I now work as an INPP Practitioner, focusing on the underlying physical factors that may contribute to learning and behavioural difficulties.
After many years as a primary school teacher, a recommendation for a single book introduced me to 'primitive reflexes.' I soon realised that these reflexes could be linked to many difficulties children face, and neuro-developmental therapy can have a profound impact on both children and their families. This discovery inspired me to pursue a new path as a Neuro-Developmental Therapist. In searching for a method I truly believed in, I came across the Institute of Neuro-Physiological Psychology (INPP) and immediately knew it was the right direction for me.
The INPP Method offers children an individualised, movement-based programme which addresses underlying physical factors. Based on the science of how children's brains and bodies develop; rather than offering surface-level interventions, we focus on creating solid foundations for learning and life.

At True Roots we focus on underlying physical factors connected to many challenges children experience. Through movement, we revisit early stages of development and work together to build true foundations for learning and life.

Reflex integration can be used to remediate physical factors connected to conditions such as ADHD, Reading and Writing problems, Autism, Coordination and Balance difficulties, bedwetting and general learning difficulties.
