After many years as a primary school teacher, a recommendation for a single book introduced me to the concept of primitive reflexes. I soon realised that these reflexes could be linked to many of the difficulties children face, and that neuro-developmental therapy could have a profound impact on both children and their families. This discovery inspired me to pursue a new path as a Neuro-Developmental Therapist. In searching for a method I truly believed in, I came across the Institute of Neuro-Physiological Psychology (INPP) and immediately knew it was the right direction for me.

The INPP Method offers children an individualised, movement-based programme that addresses the underlying physical factors contributing to many of the challenges they experience. Based on the science of how children's brains and bodies develop, rather than offering surface-level interventions, we focus on creating solid foundations for learning and life.
